Developers Note Speaker was voiced over many months. The design was implemented to utilize some of the advantages of the Ported Wedge in a non coax system. Full-range driver was chosen for its extraordinary wide range, advanced cone material, heavy cast basket along with its massive Alnico magnet. Several incarnations were assessed, the enclosure was reshaped and the whole system reconfigured several times to arrive at the depth of field. The crossover uses foil caps and the finest inductors. This system pushes the seemingly near field experience even closer to the listeners while the listener is positioned approx 8 ft from the speakers.
